					<description>My mam just bought a 23&quot; HD ready LCD TV from savastore.  Delivery was fine and the set seems to work okay.

More than I can say about the handset which came with it!!!  This will not work more than 3' away from the TV.  Not much use when you are disabled and getting up and down is very painful!!!!  No joy from watford or savastore though - they obviously don't care about their service (or lack of it).  We have had no response and I have not been able to get through to them.  They never answer emails, even though they say this is their preferred method of contact for customer service!!!   I have had no response so I have had to rind the TV's manufacturers to ask if they will send a replacement handset.  Hope that is not chargeable - or else I'll send the bill to watfords.  We will NOT be buying from them again - and they have managed to put off all my friends from buying anything via the internet!!!

Can only chase them for elusive speakers.
